Our silence against the innocent killings of people in Pakistan is a defiance against Islam

In Islam, a fatwa is described as a definitive statement from the wisdom of the greatest religion of the world. In truth, the western world is now deciphering the very elements of the crude elements that are demolishing the existence of Pakistan. The very root causes will be found in the ISI offices, Pentagon head quarters and Indian intelligence agencies. You have to be really sick to really kill so many innocent people like this. Only the worst enemies can annihilate with such momentum and force.

I was there in the morning at the shrine before this occurred. To the people who have no clue regarding the shrine, it belongs to one of the great Sufi saints of the world of Islam. Data ganj baksh was revered as the great sage of his time that propagated Islam and converted millions of people. This is the magic of the man who had hundreds die at his footsteps today.

In Islam, the Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) once said to revolt against the people who contradict Islam. Islam is the message of peace. Any religious sect or any government who fortifies crimes and goes against humanity is truly a Kafir. A kafir that goes against the morality of Islam. The governor of Punjab Salman Taseer is a heavy drinker and Shahbaz Sharif is fond of multiple women. This is not a perspective but a daily habit of these cruel and barbaric kafirs. I gave a few amounts of change to one of their guards and they told me the quantity and quality of women and wine that come to their offices and homes.

Many of my friends have died today. Interestingly enough, no revolt against the people or the government. We are leading are our lives as if nothing happened. Again the Muslim communities residing in Lahore, Pakistan is silent. The revolution will never begin even after another barbaric attempt of killing the harmony of hundreds of families. This is a country whose president has a fraud case against him, the governor of Lahore Salman Taseer drinks openly and the Punjab Chief Minister is simply in love with women. In Islam, it is mandatory to revolt against harm and the killings of innocent lives. Look at Hussain and how he laid his life to save the principles of truth. As Muslims today, we are silent. And our silence is Kufar. Kufar means the defiance against Islam. Today, I write this poem with a broken heart. Through this you will realize how we died together but were buried separately. Wake up Pakistan!

Our children line up to school, our adults haphazardly queue up at banks – what happened to the teachings of childhood?

I was lucky enough to study at one of the most prestigious institutions of Pakistan. I remember vividly how we used to walk to the assembly in groups and communities. Recitation of the Koran used to take place and we used to on line up in a long queue to move towards the educational edifice after the daily assemblies. While studying in Canada, I saw a very similar pattern among schoolchildren. In fact everything was in perfect queue. Cars were being driven in straight lines and buildings were actually at the same distance near the foot paths. Taking out the human equation, everything that actually was made of brick and mortar had symmetry to it.
Any nation that actually has perfect symmetry of processes, people and infrastructure has finally made Babylon. The mesmerizing ingredient here is how can a complete community of people automatically forget what they have been taught for 15 years of their life? How can schoolchildren who have known nothing more than to stand in line for their entire academic careers turn out to become our vagabonds of society? The same people who cut lines and have haphazard patterns be the same people who once were in lines as children and students? Either the school system is wrong or that the home system is flawed. Anything that is imbedded with such brutal force cannot be forgotten once someone leaves the college gates. This is insanity. This is Pakistan.
Honestly speaking, I once lived in one of the most beautiful parts of New York City. In any civilized and decent community of people you would see bankers, lawyers, engineers, and businessman living in the serene environments. But you will not see the meter readers, electricians, milkmen, and the overall regular government officers who would not be able to buy such land and homes in the regular government salaries residing in the best to do places of America. This is the complete opposite in Pakistan. I live in one of the most posh areas of Lahore and one would contemplate that a similar pattern of civilized and ethically responsible people would reside. As I look around my community, I see people who worked as clerks in WAPDA and Sui Gas built huge homes. I have majors who have retired from the army who have magnificent homes. Isn't it intriguing that people if you actually look at their salary infrastructure would not ever be able to build even a small unit for themselves reside as kings as if they owned the place and their ethics completely forgotten? It is impossible for majors, colonels, grade 18 officers, grade 19 and even grade 20 DMG officers to purchase homes worth millions of rupees. According to the salary slips they earn no more than Rs. 60,000 which they can hardly have ends meet.
Let’s talk about my three neighbors. The first one is actually a customs inspector. He actually owns four homes and two plazas in the vicinity. My next-door neighbor was a milkmen who was able to get extensive money after his lands became a part of the Defense Housing Authority. When you have people who are uneducated and morally corrupt live next door what to expect from society and the benefits of a community? A society that is being built for conniving thieves and thugs. Imagine the morality and insanity I live with knowing that the man next door has the same lifestyle as myself whereas I have two Canadian degrees and he works as a customs inspector at the airport. My salary is 0.4 million per month on the record of a private company and his salary is Rs. 25,000 per month. Yet, no different life styles. Ironic? This is Pakistan.
Somewhere something beautiful has slipped into the crack. The children who were once fooled by their teachers to be in lines grew up to be more corrupt and fabricate lies. I am still in search of the root cause. Can anyone explain to me why is a nation so corrupt that our political leaders are not only liars but they have lied about their education degrees and bank balances? The ex-prime minister of this country claims that he has paid only one lakh rupees in taxes whereas his Mercedes millions of rupees? This is a nation where the governor is opening known for drinking Liquor in an Islamic country? This is a country where the Chief Justice of Pakistan is able to close down streets as he passes. And the ambulances have patients awaiting the opening of the roads as patients die in ambulances? This is a country where half of its years have been dictated by military rulers. We have tried all the types and forms of governance. I've come to realize it's not the type of government that should run Pakistan that is the question. It's the type of people that have come and looted us. I've not met one man and one soul who has been morally decent with his job. The entire bureaucracy of Islamabad is on whiskey. If you do not believe it, go to any government office and try to get to work done. It would not be possible without wine, women or bribery. What happened to the lessons of the caliphs we had learnt as children? The hadith we had been so actively pursuing as children? Anyone with answers?

The Pakistan in my dreams is beautiful, The Pakistan you made is dirty, blind and ugly

Islam teaches us the very essence of moral conduct. Our religion predicts and evaluates people on the basis of piety. Money, honor and respect have no significance in the hierarchy of religious greatness. Some of the most notable pious men of our eras who have governed nations gave a clear example of the magnanimous impact that Islam has on the society. Unlike many theoretical practices that deny mankind the essence of life, Islam praises humility and brings out the significance of man in life. Respect of parents, loving of neighbors and taking care of family members are strong messages that have been coming across generations and generations only to further testify the beauty of Islam.
Islam reminds of the times of the caliphates where people like Hazrat Omer used to walk the streets in search of any person in need of time, energy, money or food. Hazrat Omer was so conscious of his duty towards his people that he was easily accessible and open to confrontations regarding his justice system. Islam of those years is only in books today.
Our leaders have changed drastically throughout the years. Disparity of the religious leaders of today and of yesteryears is an abomination of life. The variance is discernable to all. Today, we live in a society where the wife of the prime minister of Pakistan was able to waive off loans. What is she doing as a stakeholder of a business? Anywhere in the world, business partners have a strong understanding of the business and the mechanisms of making money. But what contribution would she have? Maybe able to get the national bank of Pakistan to waive off such hefty amounts?
We live in a society where people have forgotten the difference between right and wrong. Read the newspapers and search the world as you see it. It will blind you with the light of hate, anguish and fruitless efforts that the national leaders have done for this nation. Hundreds and thousands of people are on the streets without electricity. Food is rotting, manufacturing units have shut down and the entire edifice of the environment has become chocked because of the diesel pollution of generators. We have answers. we just don’t want to come up with the solutions.
We are reaching our end. A revolution is beginning. A revolution that has been migrated into action due to the abrasive ideologies of the illiterate legislature running the ministries of this country. A revolution that has been gaining momentum due to the lack of parks, libraries and think tanks. A revolution that requires justice and equality for all. The revolution that is running towards the same basic ingredients that Islam teaches us and were in practice when the caliphate was at full swing.
Today, we are just merely alive. A turgid style of living is prevalent. Imagine a world without food, electricity and safety of life. Is this what we pay our taxes for? The greatest sin is being silent. I wonder and pray for a day when our papers will talk about our achievements and our children will work harder to build more roads, colleges and societies of excellence. Our medical infrastructure will be a role model for others and our generations will be revered in the world.
Till that day, we have to fight the evil off. We need to sit down and ponder over our insanity. Hundreds and thousands of people have hit the streets and burnt tires in retaliation of non-availability of electricity. But that retaliation requires direction. We can’t have streets and roads closed down. We require that the MPA’s, MNA’s and the responsible government bodies being questioned and a legal system that completely hangs the corruption and false commitments. Is this not the Pakistan me and you dream of? So when I open my eyes, who made us dirty, ugly and blind?

Political System killing the lifeline of economic progress – electricity

Without electricity, the entire nation is going into a whimsical whirlpool of disaster and destruction. The entire nation has been crippled into a state of annihilation. Electricity is the heartbeat of all economical momentum and expansion. It provides the essential ingredients to support life and its surroundings. The entire universe revolves around generating and maintaining its electrical supply. In 2010, electricity became easily available even in the most remote places of the world. The rigid snow terrains of Alaska to the brazen sun deserts of Arizona, electricity is easily available to the masses. People in China boast of the cheapest electricity in the world. One can even see glittering cities of china as other places of the world are resting in pitch darkness. Pakistan is one of the few countries in the world that is still thriving for breath. Its entire economical edifice has been uprooted from its foundations. Millions of jobs have been given away to India and Bangladesh as the spinning mills, IT software houses and hosiery units have all shut down. Imagine a world where the entire economical cycle is shattered and the government is spending millions of bullet proof cars for the justice department. Where is the justice? Where is the dream that Quaid had? Where is the Pakistani community that lies awake at night wondering when the electricity will come on? Awake Pakistan. We are breathing our last!
Hundreds and thousands of social and moral fabric pieces have been diluted because of the non-availability of electricity alone. According to a recent survey by Siegel publications, approximately 10,000 small enterprise corporations have been shut down. This includes small manufactures making pieces for carts, bicycles and car engines. Imagine people who have purchased equipment and industrial tools in the desire to earn an honest living. Without electricity their entire lives have become full stops. Umar who works in a telecom company states “I go home and my two children are breathless. No electricity. My hands shake. I cannot fan my children to sleep for hours at end. What has this country come to!!”
We can debate if this is actually an Indian intervention or that US wants to ensure that we delve into financial quicksand for years to come. Irrespective of the root cause, the political system of the current regime should be smart enough to understand that without cheap electricity the entire nation has gone back about 50 years. With the economy of the world going at such a massive pace, third world countries cannot be still in search of solutions. Without electricity to the consumer and corporate markets, the entire life line of Pakistan has been clogged. The political system is creating another God's acre for the millions of people that want to thrive in this beautiful land.
The issue of electricity would be a meager paper tiger in the eyes of the MPA’s, MNA’s and other officers who have all foreign bank accounts and passports. The dilemma is that we have solutions that are easily available. China is ready to provide us with the massive influx of electricity. We already have an agreement in place with Iran to provide us with a substantial amount of electricity. The greater question is with such a potential base of opportunity in this country, the scientists and engineers should have thought of many other methodologies to generate electricity. In fairness, electricity is being generated by filth in Paris. And in other parts of South America the electricity is being generated by wind turbines. Nuclear reactors are also creating a huge amount of electricity in many other leading countries. The question really is why it is so impossible for Pakistan to come up with a solution. Just a couple of days ago a couple of people died in local hospitals and bucks on because of no availability of electricity. Can you imagine what we are doing to this beautiful race? Government and the political advisers not taken heed of these dire consequences that are facing this nation? Without electricity in the few weeks to come, we will go back another 50 years. We can only beg the political system and elected representatives to ensure that they commit their fulfillment! it is pathetic to know that we don't have an answer from the government regarding the reasons of delay. Wake up Pakistan for the world is enlightened and we are kept in the dark.
Hang the political advisers and the people who were responsible to advance this country into the next millennium. The political system that elected people who were responsible to provide bucks on with electricity into commodities for the next 50 years need to be questioned. We need to be adamant in getting solutions and questions from the current and previous critical systems. Approximately 8 hours a day there is more electricity in the major cities of this country. Can you imagine what happens in the rural areas where there is no check and balance? Schools and colleges are closed because of no availability of electricity. WAKE UP Pakistan!

Fake Degrees of MPA / MNA's - government run by illiterate blackmailers and con artists!!

According to Dawns News Today ; several MPA's have resigned on the compliant that there degrees are fake. PPP Allah Wasaya, Jamshed Jatt, and Muhammad Ajmal.
Interestingly enough, Sardar Allah Wasaya faked his matriculation degrees. Let’s take a deeper look into just these cases alone.
1. Parliamentarians lie and have been lying about their degrees since the inception of the partition. Only now has this come up since there at least exists a complaint cell that can verify the issues. Intellectual atrophy has begun. A world where the elected had to represent the goodness and welfare is completely violating the sovereignty of the chair that they earnestly fought for.
2. Lack of process. How can people or even parties elected these people for elections without checking their identifications and proper education backgrounds. This is a basic infrastructure flow. All across the world, communities of peace ensure that they people even fathoming of being elected have proper etiquettes. Presidents of many civilized countries and parliamentarians of governments have been sacked simply because of lies, irrespective of the magnitude of the issue.
3. Etiquettes of parliamentarians and leaders. People view leaders as super natural beings that have the diversity and strength to be a better role model to the community. People are in search of greatness and feel the drive to identify and elect them. Governor of New York lost his votes by cheating on his wife. The governor of Illinois was immediately removed upon his civil lies. Imagine a world that values honesty and integrity. In a society where the parliamentarians blatantly lie, this clearly shows that they do not value integrity and honesty.
4. Realpolitik chaos has repeatedly annihilated the very system that was to groom sophistication. The parliamentarians who have resigned come from PPP, PML-Q, and PML-N. all of this shows that there is a uniformity of the state of perplexity that the leadership revolves in. with all the hardliner politicians living in cloud cuckoo land, no one ever checked the degrees of the politicians that they select to represent in their respective areas?

Where are we living in? Who is to blame? Our government elected officers lie stating that they have educational degrees. Illiterate and baboons run the state of governance. These politicians should be hanged and this practice stopped. How can someone simply lie about their degrees? Imagine the damage they can and have been doing to the community. Shame on PPP, PML – all segments of not checking the balance of power and education.

2 years of PPP democracy event in Islamabad

Very recently the government is marching forward with a presentation representing their 2 years of freedom of speech and the milestones that they have achieved within these two long and tedious years. 2 years of continuous “kappaaey” ideology. The interesting part is that the event is to celebrate and salute the 2 years of elected power. In retrospect, the 2 years have given us ample aspects to pounder on. Namely;
A. Hundreds of innocent lives vanished due to detonation of suicidal bombs
B. Hundreds of livelihood gone and washed away to poorer countries since there is no electricity and the small manufacturers and suppliers could not run their home grown factories on diesel generators
C. Millions of people affected by the atrocities of lawlessness
D. Billions of rupees lost in the reservoirs of gold diggers
E. Remote control bombing and aerial raids over our land
I have never seen Pakistan so weak and shattered. Imminently, the promises and pictures in the event is cloud cuckoo land for the majority of Pakistanis. How can a government not be realistic about the current events? Every ingredient of human commodity has doubled except the price of man. Sugar, bread, flour and fruits. There is nothing that one can attain within the meager amounts that one earns. This is Pakistan at the brink of utmost disaster. There are only flames to show the world that we have lost.

The government salutes the nation on the eve of Pakistan Day with no electricity

The world was seeing us in darkness. For the last 4 hours, Pakistan was brutally accepting the increasing amount of mosquito bites as the price that we pay for having the US as our close allies in the war against terrorism. Today, without electricity and the ooze of a breeze, my suggestion is that our war should be against corruption and black outs. Imagine what the army and the people would do if our newspapers daily print headlines like the following – “Presidential money laundering activities concluded and amount restored back to the government. With 3.2 billion back in the deposits, the government of Pakistan is the third richest nation in the world now.” And the next day, the world reads “Sharif estates in Saudi Arabia auctioned and Bill Gates purchased all of them claiming that there is no price to history. The last remnants of the family that looted and plundered Pakistan”. Or what about the caption “last ten bureaucrats killed while traveling as sheep across the border”.
Imagine what we could have achieved if these were our headlines. But tonight, as the world reminds us that Pakistan Day is here, the government has given us hours of load shedding. It makes me furious. Just today the headlines of Dawn state that the ambassador of Iran is anxiously waiting to go through the deal. China on the other hand is ready to invest.
In reality, France generates electricity through burning their shit. Pakistan is full of shit and piss. Wonder if the Tarbela dam could have been run on piss. We would have our own piss lakes and ponds. They might smell but what doesn’t in Pakistan?
I am ashamed of the governance running this country today. Imagine bombarding us to the stone ages. A close friend of mine kept on telling me that his intelligence resource concludes that US is looking forward to keeping Pakistan at the brink of disaster. How else could a nation keep on feeding us dollars with interest? If Iran provides us with cheap electricity, this nation will have power to kick start economies of scale. And who would want that? India would be flabbergasted and Israel will only wonder what the nuclear scientists can do?
India controls our waters and our government our systems. It is politically corrupt to the core. How can these bastard politicians run around in their cars and not see the dirt and emptiness in the streets. Have they no shame and no remorse?
The government salutes this nation and plunders them into darkness. 5.6 million People lay awake at night fighting off mosquitoes and other flying insects because PPP or PML made us believe that they our leaders. They are really. Leaders of darkness.

Sheikh Rasheed versus Nawaz Shari Rally – Competition of Idiots

I am recklessly appalled by the situation that daunts Pakistan and its economic wellbeing. Both parties were at work convincing the others that they have the ultimate solution for the miseries and the overall all quagmire that persists in the market. They are both wrong. I wonder at the life style of Nawaz Sharif. He is a man who lives in palaces and has the financials to straighten the streets and unravel the dirt from the roads yet he takes away from the public the very emblem of our thoughts and tranquility. We are a nation that has been convoluted by misery, deception and poor leadership.
The entire rally was a concocted futile effort to tell the world that is better than the other. Yet both have devastated the economy and increased the overall deficiencies of life. The astonishment is that the country both knows that these party mongers are corrupt leaders of this nation. The facts are daily printed in the newspapers and people realize that the impact of their so called claims would have been seen in the shape and form of price reductions, safer streets and peaceful environments. Yet, we see the worst taking place.
Looking at the thousands that flanked the streets, I realized that I might be the only person with this claim. Hundreds and thousands of people gathered to vote and show respect to their leaders. The same people who have no electricity, life and jobs. These idiots are here to show tutelage to their masters. I had to visit the area and ask if this was really true.
Ajmal who is 35 years old convincingly told me that he was given two days meal and told to vote for one party. To him in his meager wages to enjoy a free meal meant that his soul could be purchased. Tajamal was promised that his children would get free education. Another candidate got a promise that he will be allocated a bike for his pizza delivery.
Has the world ever wondered as to why only the poor love these idiots? I guess the real reason is that the poor are so financially derailed that their souls and votes can be easily manipulated. Remember the days of elections when Monis Elahi sent out checks to win out votes. Imagine the type of money involved.
My pen will not stop writing. This pen is the hallmark of a generation that will not be silent. It will write and write and keep on promoting peace and communicating the wrong in society. But until the poor realize that these men are thieves and could have built this country up, they would stop believing in their dreams.
I pray that one day people do realize that we need to stop voting for these idiots. Imagine a world where elections take place and no one comes out and votes for PPP or even PML. Imagine a world where our voices become one and tell the world that we can no longer stand and vote for idiots.
We have come too far into this abyss. I have interviewed more than 20 people from both parties and no one showed love for the game. Infact, many abused the politicians. Yet, these same idiots come to vote. The irony is in the poverty and stupidity.

I want a peaceful Pakistan. Similar to the peace that is rudimentary and easily felt in the streets of the USA and Australia. Each day, I long for a day where we can realize how much colossal damage we have done over the years and throw away the anguish and guilt. Our papers are filled with flamboyant arguments between PPP and PML. A headline communicating what was violated and how many have died. But how did this all begin? Who allowed criminal activity into this nation? But what astonishes me the most is that the electricity, gas and life are all short in this country. People who are rich and poor have the same commodity issues. Yet, when these rallies take place, hundreds and thousands flock the streets in solemn commitment to their leaders irrespective of the history.
People ask me why you don’t vote. I guess 3.7 million people here have the same answer. There is no one to vote for. If there was negative marking then yes, I would vote and ensure that the PPP or PML never do get elected. But this is not in my hands. The fate of the country lies with the jilas of both parties. Bodies that have been allowed to plunder the government jobs and take refuge in their power gods. Recently I ventured with seagull communication and spoke to 50 different activists from the PPP and PML-N. These are the people who are seen carrying the banners and shouting slogans. Here are some of the astonishing answers I got from the simple question alone – “Pakistan has no electricity, water or power. And doesn’t seem like we might have it in the near future. We all know the governments that have ruled have done the damage. Why do you still believe in them and not by cot them?”

Amjad – 22- welder – “I believe in Nawaz Sharif since he gave my father a job. And then he was kicked out due to PPP government. I am a poor man. I get money from the party if I participate in their functions and give them vote.”

Saad – 33 – driver – “ I come for the thrill. Free food. Nothing to do. Shout and scream. Not bad. I go to all functions if I know I will be given food. I would rather wait a few hours then work hard to earn the same amount for the day”

Abbas – 19 –“ I stopped studying and did not like education. Benazir Income gets me going. Who else gave me money?”

I clearly realized that we are molesting the souls of our poverty stricken people. We need to give them homes and opportunity. I once gave a report to Asjad Ali Malhi who was the ex federal minister for IT to capitalize on the telecom market. The objective of the presentation was to bring all cell phone industry vendors into Pakistan and ensure that we build the phones in-house. This implies that our people will build each and every component. Manufacturing and the complete assembly line. Imagine what we could have accomplished by giving this nation a magnanimous push into the economies of scale. Hundreds and thousands of people would have been given jobs and people would have loved to become a part of the community. We would have built a world where people have jobs and could secure their futures. People would find time to build play grounds and entertainment zones. Not keep our youth orchestrated in the veneers of doubts and ambiguity. This is not the Pakistan we had thought to build. Yet these young untalented individuals who we interviewed fail to realize that the promises are luke warm and that the world has seen Pakistan fail and fail again due to bad governance.

Government needs to come up with answers

The President in his speech at Garhi Khuda Bukh stated that non state elements are preventing the government from fully functioning. If this is true, then let’s be clear and open with the public. Who is our enemy? This is not a top secret that the President, ISI Chief and Rehman Malik should only be privy to. We as a community of people need to finally get an answer. Too many lives have been scattered in ignorance. The time has come. Pakistan wake up. We need to get a hold of these corrupt politicians by the horns and shoot out the failures. I demand answers to this terrorist acts. Who is it? Why have they started now? Who are the catalysts? Is it the Deobandi school of thought with their madarasas? The Jihadi groups created by clerics? India. In all truths, we need to comprise a truth with these men. War cannot be won. We need to know what they want. If they want to oust Americans, then oust them. We can live without donations and grant. If the Supreme Court gives the verdict, NRO culprits to return the money, we have enough. I commit on behalf of Pakistan to the president that if law and order is restored, we will build Pakistan together. We do not need foreign aid. We need domestic peace. Can you handle this?

Time we spread the word. Time we take issues on our turf. This Pakistan is bleeding. Talk to the nation. Give names. PPP, PML, or any other sects, come out with evidence. You are breathing your last. And so are we.
